Welcome to Creamt Recordz. By accessing or using our artist portal and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Creamt Recordz is an independent music label providing:

• Global digital music distribution to streaming platforms
• Publishing administration services
• Apple Music editorial pitching
• Artist portal for tracking submissions and earnings

2. Artist Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
• Own or have rights to distribute the music you submit
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Content Ownership

You retain full copyright ownership of your music. By submitting content to Creamt Recordz, you grant us:

• A limited license to distribute your music to digital platforms
• The right to use your artist name and artwork for promotion
• The right to collect and distribute royalties on your behalf

4. Commission Structure

Creamt Recordz operates on the following revenue share:

• Distribution: Label retains 44%, Artist receives 56% of net earnings
• Publishing: Standard publishing administration fees apply
• Apple Music Pitching: Included in distribution commission

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Contains explicit content without proper labeling
• Is generated by AI without disclosure

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly or quarterly based on DSP reporting
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
• Artists must provide valid payment information
• Creamt Recordz is not responsible for payment processor fees

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Submit fraudulent or infringing content
• Engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other artists

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, distributed content may be removed from platforms at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creamt Recordz is not liable for:

• Editorial decisions made by streaming platforms
• Technical issues with third-party platforms
• Loss of earnings due to fraudulent streaming activity
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the portal. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
